Preparation

An authorized Cool Technologies Inc. professional will inspect the condition of your roof for the overall condition before it is prepared for the application of the Microteja™ product.

Installation
An authorized Cool Technologies professional will apply a primer and 2 coats of Microteja™ a bright white patented reflective and coating technology. The application is performed with an airless brush to your roof surface.
